1. Mandatory Warranty Registration

• E-Warranty registration is mandatory and must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
• Warranty is valid only after successful registration on the official Sash Gears E-Warranty Portal.
• Customers must upload:
  
  • A valid GST invoice/original purchase invoice
  • Clear images of the purchased product
• Failure to register within 7 days or upload the required documents will void the warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only from the date of purchase mentioned on the GST invoice.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation or improper wiring
• Mishandling, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
• Electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, or short circuits
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to accidents, fire, water, impact, or transportation after delivery

4. Warranty Claims

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

• Registered warranty details
• Valid GST invoice/purchase invoice
• Product images (if requested)

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Sash Gears technical team.

5. Shipping

For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping the product safely to the authorized service center. Sash Gears will bear the return shipping cost after repair or replacement.

6. Verification & Final Decision

The Sash Gears support team may contact customers to verify registration and purchase details. The decision of Sash Gears regarding warranty approval, repair, replacement, or rejection shall be final.

Important

Warranty is valid only if:

• The product is registered within 7 days of purchase.
• A valid GST invoice is uploaded during registration.
• Product images (with Serial number) are uploaded.
• The defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

If these conditions are not met, the warranty will not be applicable.
