1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories.
To be eligible for return:
- The product must not be physically damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- All original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to improper installation or wiring.
- Physical damage caused by customer handling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or special-order products (if applicable).
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
- Clear images of the product
- Order ID
Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.
After verification, we will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Issue a refund (if replacement is unavailable).
4. Return Process

Once approved:
- We will provide return shipping instructions.
- The customer may need to ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective).
5. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders (if applicable) will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6. Replacement Policy
If your product has:
- Manufacturing defect
- Display issue
- Touch issue
- Connectivity problem
We will provide a replacement after inspection and approval.
7. Warranty
